SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday during normal business hours (9am to 4 pm ) unless on holidays which will be clearly posted on the website before hand. Due to the current Covid-19 status deliveries may be delayed through no fault of Saraden Designs and delivery may be restricted to certain countries.
Orders placed on Fridays or days preceding observed holidays will not be shipped until the next business day (after the weekend or holiday).
Shipping during peak time may be delayed. Saraden Designs is not responsible for shipping/delivery due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping rates vary based on order product type, weight, destination, and shipping method.
* Residential and remote/rural locations may take additional time for delivery, allow until 8 pm for deliveries to remote locations.
Estimated shipping timelines begin once the order has shipped, and do not include delays in fulfillment due to weekends or holidays. You will receive an email once your item has been shipped. If you have chosen the registered post option you will also be provided with a tracking code.
Estimated shipping timelines are estimations only. Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances may affect shipping times. Saraden Designs is not responsible for delays in delivery due to these circumstances or carrier error.
Carriers for shipping are selected based on product type and destination. Orders using these options may be shipped via Courier, An Post, registered or standard post. We are not able to accommodate requests for specific carriers on orders using Free or Flat Rate Shipping options. Lost or Stolen Packages
Saraden Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Use the tracking number in your shipment confirmation e-mail to keep an eye on your order after it has left Saraden Designs.
A lost package is one that was misdirected, misplaced or lost by the carrier, and is not delivered to the shipping address.
A stolen package is one that was delivered to the shipping address by the carrier, but is not physically received by the addressee.
Monitoring your order’s tracking and delivery status can help you ensure that your package is successfully received upon delivery.
